The employes, suppliers, clients, Weldon family along with the property management firm international industrial solutions llc thank you for spending time on our web site.    WICP or Weldon Industrial Commercial properties  started in the early 1990’s our heritage came from the manufacturing, distribution and international business that we founded, built and sold over the 30  plus years.     In order to really understand office, industrial, warehouse space it helps if you were a manufacturing firm that built, designed, patented building products and operated out of both office and warehouse facilities.    Of course that is where we have spent most of our business time over the many years and it is a way of life for our operation that we truly enjoy.      The experience that we have had with great people from all different locations on the globe have provide great advantages for education, participation in their success and satisfaction of exceeding tenant expectations.     Many of our tenants have moved from the first building we designed for them  to bigger building as their needs changed and that Is the greatest pleasure to watch our clients have great success.

Wicp current owns and operates 1.8 million sq ft of commercial properties.   The 2025 expansion plan calls for an additional 400,000 sq ft of industrial space to be construction.     The industrial properties  will make up some 1.8 million sq ft and 17 buildings and 51 tenants.     Our office properties are about 460,000 sq ft with more then 24 tenants.

All the properties are managed by international industrial solutions with departments range from maintenance, accounting, legal, leasing, management and more.
